1. Fill out your profile
If you’re new to firmio, we recommend that you go to Settings (bottom left) and fill in your name—and ideally your company profile as well. You’ll then receive a personalized welcome, and Mio can use your company profile directly in its responses, so it won’t have to keep asking, for example, what your company is called or what industry it’s in. Don’t worry—we never share your information.
2. Mio Chats > Attachments
You have a certain number of Mio Credits in your firmio account. Attachments, such as large PDFs with many pages or images, use up a lot of credits. So use them sparingly. There have been cases where users used up all their monthly credits in a single day—while most users easily make it through the month. Large attachments are the key factor here.
3. Mio Chats > Chat Length
You probably didn’t know this, but every time you reply in a chat, everything that came before is resent. This can result in a single chat using up hundreds of thousands of credits, and you’ll get a message that a limit has been reached—even though you might still have plenty of credits left for the month. So: Don’t make your chats too long. It’s better to start a new chat each time and, if necessary, copy results over from the previous one.
4. Combining Products
Mio knows the entire firmio platform and will automatically recommend the right product at the right moment. But you can do that yourself, too. Example: You’re hiring a new employee. Simply get a legally compliant contract template, fill it out, and then use SignSafe to sign it securely. It takes a little practice—but if you combine things smartly, you’ll save a lot of time and always stay on the safe side.
5. Install firmio
Install firmio on your computer. Experience shows that users utilize firmio much more effectively when it’s just a click away. It then becomes as routine as your email program. This way, you can quickly copy an email, craft a perfect reply, translate a text, or answer a question. Your productivity will skyrocket :)
6. Mio Projects
With this Pro feature, you can create your own AI assistants tailored specifically to your projects. You upload your data and provide detailed instructions. All chats you subsequently start within this project will draw on your own knowledge and be handled by your AI assistant. This allows you to personalize firmio and work efficiently on longer-term projects.
7. Webinars
We regularly host webinars for all firmio users. You can easily participate for free. We’ll walk you through the platform, explain best practice examples, and answer questions. This way, you’ll quickly go from beginner to expert and can even help your colleagues.
