Which devices/browsers are supported?
firmio works on all common browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and can also be used on smartphones and tablets.
Do I need special software?
No, firmio is a web-based platform. All you need is internet access and a browser.
Is there an app for iPhone/Android?
Yes, there is an app. It is currently still in the testing phase, but will soon be available in the app stores.
Is there an app for the computer?
Yes, there is an app you can install on your computer. It’s really easy:
A. Chrome-based browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
When you're logged in to firmio, you'll find this button in the sidebar on the left:
Just click it, and the firmio app will be installed and appear in the menu bar. Alternatively, you can do this by clicking the following icon at the top of your browser's address bar:
B. Safari (Mac OS)
Open the "Safari" app
on your Mac.
Go to https://app.firmio.ai
Click on the toolbar
and then select “Add to Dock”.
Click "Add".
