What is Mio and how does it work?
Mio is our intelligent AI assistant, which consists of several specialized assistants. Each one focuses on an area such as finance, marketing, legal, HR, sales, operations, or IT.

Thanks to our meta-AI technology, we have integrated the world's best AI systems into Mio – Claude, OpenAI, and our own system Mio Pro. But always in accordance with our privacy policy: the data runs in our data center without being passed on.
Which AI is used where?
We use the strongest AI in each field for every Mio assistant. This ensures you always get the best results for your specific task.
What tasks can Mio take on for me?
Mio supports you with tasks such as invoicing, marketing texts, contract analysis, HR documents, sales strategies, and many other business inquiries.
Can I work with all assistants at the same time?
Yes, you can switch between the different departments as needed and conduct multiple chats in parallel.
I'm getting a message saying my credits are used up. Why is that?
There could be two reasons for this:
You've almost used up your monthly credit balance, and your next message to Mio would push you over the limit.
What should you do?
In this case, you'll need to wait until your monthly limit resets. Under Settings > Membership, you'll see a "Days until reset" counter. There, you can see how long it will take. If you don't want to wait, you can also sign up for a higher-tier plan with more credits.
You’ve been chatting for a while and may have even uploaded attachments, so the chat is now very long. You need to understand that AI systems include everything that came before with every message you send. This can mean that you might still have 200,000 credits left in your monthly limit—but your open chat is so long and extensive that it already uses up, say, 250,000 credits, and when you try to reply in this chat, Mio recognizes that you would now exceed the limit.
What to do?
It’s easy to fix. Simply copy Mio’s last reply and start a new chat, briefly describing the task again and pasting in Mio’s last reply. Mio will then know what the issue is and what has been worked out so far, and you can continue working immediately using your remaining credits. The new chat essentially starts from scratch and is no longer so extensive.
